o, and this Greg Davis mix on Rootblog (I thought I had never heard of him but as I changed the ‘artist name’ from ‘various artists’ to ‘Greg Davis’ in my media player, it auto-suggested it, and it turns out a track of his is included on The Harmonic Series: A Compilation of Works in Just Intonation which is kinda fun and features one of Pauline Oliveros’ less successful short pieces [really, when she’s asked for short pieces to put on experimental music comps., I don’t see why she doesn’t just offer up ‘The Tuning Meditation’ over and over again because the one on From The Kitchen is unfathomably pretty and an interesting concept to boot; no good version on Youtube altho some fun/interesting/way more dissonant DIY versions are available)
